Required openings & penetrations checked against Structural & Architectural layouts for CBWD requirements 2a – BBSI ensure current Structural & Architectural layouts are used. 4. From this Info BBSI provide approved For Con Structural & Architectural Plans that form the basis of the CBWD Drawings 2 a. --BBSI receive the required opening / sleeve info from S/C. 2 b. BBSI prepare the opening / sleeve drawing and issue to the S/C’s for sign off. Combined Builders Work Drawing Process (Early Works) 3- BBSI receive S/C sign off that the drawing is compatible with their respective installations 5- JKL receive the Architectural, Structural & MEP Engineers comments 5.1- Drawing Returned With Not Approved (Revise & Resubmit or Rejected) 7- BBSI issue drawing to S/C’s & civil team for installation. 5.2- BBSI incorporate comments (workshop if required) and resubmit 4 - BBSI issue to JKL 6- BBSI Drawing approved for construction by JKL Approved YES NO

BBSI MEP Eng Dept. confirm latest Civil, Architectural & any applicable RFI / SI’s are incorporated in the base layout.. Combined Builders Work Drawing Process Rev 29.7.15 3- If the required MEP openings / provisions are contrary to the allowances provided within the structure call for workshop. 8,- Submit to JKL for approval 4. Using the approved CSD detail all openings & provide clear sections. 6 – Upon completion final approval by BBSI Civil & Architect Team 10a - BBSI issue for Construction 5- Add applicable notes and details of any special civil requirements NO 7 –Workshop & Approval by relevant NSC’s YES 9, Drawings Approved 10b - BBSI incorporate comments

Void and Sleeve Sign off Procedure 3- S/C QC confirm that openings & sleeves are correct and the standard notes (slide 2) are complied with and call for inspection with BBSI & Trimatra QC 2b – BBSI Form void openings using (1) * Final check that drawing is aligned with the steelwork, structural & architectural drawings MEP Works Handed Over Ready for Concrete 4 - S/C and BBSI QC sign off with Trimatra once all works verified as compliant. Note – From Step 4 if Trimatra have any comment, this shall be rectified by the S/C or BBSI (If opening) & then re-inspected by Trimatra, who once are satisfied shall sign off.

Individual Services QC Sign off 7- NSC QC Team carry out inspection 10b. NSC add signed RFIT to As Built Drawings 4- Materials received on Site & MOS Inspection completed & signed by Trimatra 6- Complete Installation works 5- Working permit & JSA in place by NSC & approved by BBSI 6 NSC Provide 3 – Week Look ahead of Inspections 8. If approved, NSC request BBSI & Trimatra to Inspect – 3 Days notice. 3- Required Material Approval in place, with any applicable notes addressed 9, Inspection (Approved) YESNO 10a-. BBSI MEP QC advise Civil QC Team 10c-. NSC rectify defects

The current plans were generic and do not reflect the procedures of the site. b)All NSC Quality plans to be complete with Sample Forms that will be used for material Inspection & work inspection etc. 2.Sign Off Procedures a)All agreed as per the attached Flow Chart 3.Interface with BBSI Civil & MEP QA / QC Teams a)All agreed as per the attached Flow Chart 4.Material On Site; a)All material brought to site must be; i.Approved with the Material submittal & sample (If required) ii.Materials on Site inspected with an MOS Inspection prior being taken to the area of installation 4.Completion of Works Prior to Civil Activities a)All agreed as per the attached Flow Chart
