2 Pengertian Pasar Tenaga Kerja
Pasar tenaga kerja ialah seluruh aktivitas pelaku-pelaku yang mempertemukan pencari kerja dengan lowongan kerja atau proses penempatan dan penyedia tenaga kerja.

3 Penggolongan Tenaga Kerja
Berdasarkan Sifat : Pasar tenaga kerja intern ialah tenaga kerja yang diperoleh dari perusahaan sendiri untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan melalui promosi dan demosi tenaga kerja dalam perusahaan. Pasar kerja ekstern ialah diperoleh dari luar perusahaan, diperoleh dari pihak luar melalui lowongan kerja, agen, atau penyalur tenaga kerja

4 Berdasarkan Prioritas :
Pasar tenaga kerja utama ialah pasar tenaga kerja yang menawarkan jabatan atau posisi dengan gaji tinggi Pasar tenaga kerja sekunder ialah pasar tenaga kerja yang menawarkan jabatan atau posisi dengan gaji rendah. Text in here

Pasar tenaga kerja terdidik ialah pasar tenaga kerja yang membutuhkan karyawan yang berpendidikan dan memiliki keterampilan. Tenaga kerja terdidik ialah pasar tenaga kerja yang menawarkan pekerjaan yang tidak mementingkan pendidikan dan keterampilan. 7 Dalam Teori Ketenagakerjaan salah satu masalah yang bisa muncul dalam bidang angkatan tenaga kerja adalah ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan tenaga kerja dan penawaran tenaga kerja, pada tingkat suatu upah (Kusumosuwidho, 1981).
