Discussion Relevansi PE : Sangat relevan, need huge collaboration(family, community), harus dimulai sekarang. Relevan, technology makes information flow without control, so need to filter those information quality. Relevan, selama ini pasien dibiarkan tidak paham terhadap apa yang dia hadapi dan alami. Relevan, Relevan, pasien must seek more information (change of paradigm of patient, more active and responsible of own health care) Relevan, equal contribution from each stakeholders (policy, provider, consumer) A big note : Consumer literacy is a must Kenapa? Karena centre dari Health Care adalah Consumer (Patient). Community patient support group memiliki peran sebagai sumber informasi dan sharing yang dapat meringankan beban consumer dan consumer Consumers is one of health care stakeholders Many patient’s questions, many answers, doctors drives treatment (leave patient no option but to obey)

Sesi 1 Apakah sudah saatnya untuk melibatkan semua pasien tanpa memandang status sosial dan ekonomi mereka? Mengapa demikian?

Discussion PFE can be initiated (without staging) with different approach for each eco social cultural of consumers Community support play very important role to make health care quality better from patient’s side Marginal communities need more active engagement and special treatment Governance and legal standing is needed as basis of Socialization Transfer knowledge is important and need to be structured and integrated with existing social culture and local content. (desa, puskesmas, posyandu)
