MANAJEMEN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA PENGERTIAN : Suatu Unit/Departemen dalam organisasi perusaha an yang merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melak sanakan, & mengawasi kegiatan manusia dalam perusahaan. TUJUAN : Untuk meningkatkan konstribusi produktif dari manusia ke organisasi. Bagaimana suatu organisasi menjadi lebih produktif dengan menggunakan satu sumber daya secara lebih efektif dan efesien dgn melihat berbagai tantang an2 (lihat Figure 1-1 & 1-2)
