ANALISA KANDUNGAN LOGAM BERAT Pb dan Zn PADA ABSTRACT ANALISA KANDUNGAN LOGAM BERAT Pb dan Zn PADA SARI BUAH DALAM MINUMAN KALENG The purpose of this research was to determine the presence of the heavy metal Pb and Zn in can beverages. The heavy metals were analysis by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, sample were collected from the supermarket in Surabaya city. The sample from this research were two brand samples with almost the same composition and expired date, and collected and analysed, the result showed that sample x contained 1,00 ppm Pb and 0,19 ppm Zn, sample y contained 0,83 ppm Pb and 0,22 ppm Zn in each can.
