Language is a verbal communication tool of speech or speech from speakers to speakers. Communication strategy is a way to learn first, second or third language. Every communication there is a message or information when the learning process. The research was conducted at the campus of Institut KH Abdul Chalim, which was attended by foreign students from several countries, Afghanistan, Sudan, Venezuela and the Philippines.
