3 ROUNDS OF 1ST DAY ROUNDS OF 2ND DAY
3 PRELIMINARY ROUNDS. 1st round’s battle will be decided by lottery, 2nd & 3rd battle will be decided by tabulation. Quarterfinalist will be decided by: VP, Margin, Speech Points. ROUNDS OF 2ND DAY Quarterfinal round Semifinal round Additional round Final round

4 ASIAN PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE
Affirmative/Government vs. Negative/Opposition Will be led by a chairperson 3 speakers, 3 substantial speech, 1 reply speech POIs are allowed during speech  between 1st-6th min of speech, no longer than 15 seconds, can be question/clarification, NO POIs for teammates.

10 GENDER & SEXUALITY THBT women can only achieve equality under a secular system of government TH regrets the strong promotion of people declaring their sexual orientation (eg National Coming Out Day) as a strategy by LGBTQ movements. TH Regrets hook-up apps. INFOSLIDE: Hookup apps are smartphone (Android, iPhone, etc.) programs which match people to others seeking casual sex, and put them in contact. The two most popular apps are ‘Tinder’ which sees ten million matches per day, and ‘Grindr’ (which is designed for men meeting men), which has over a four million users, one million using it daily

THBT the military struggle against ISIS should be conducted solely by Middle East nations This House believes that it is legitimate for states to deny residence or asylum to immigrants who openly contradict their predominant values. This House believes that Western states should not use private military contractors in combat.

THW Implement a fat tax This House disapproves of movements that aim to further the acceptation of obesity in society

13 TECHNOLOGY & ENVIRONMENT
THW stop sending humans into space THBT developing nations should have the right to give priority to development ahead of the environment This House supports the use of genetically engineered plants in developing countries

14 LOTTERY Each school will get number
School who gets no 1 will be battling school who gets no 2 (1 vs 2, 3 vs 4,..., 23 vs 24) Teams from the same school shall not battling each other even if they get the matched number [SMA Pertiwi A (no. 1) vs SMA Pertiwi B (no. 2)], if so we will switch the teams.
