It can be done quickly from a certain distance and it is also easy to get complete information for both the duty officer and the customers. Face to face reservation is the best way for the duty officer and the customer because they can give and get information completely and directly.Both of them are sure that the customers get the room reserved and at the same time, the hotel officers get confirmation from the customers.
