7 GOVERNMENT REGULATION NO:155/2000 SECTION 2; ARTICLE 1: –Through this government regulation stated that ITB as the government own legal entity to perform higher education. SECTION 5; ARTICLE 1: –ITB as the research based education institution guiding the development and change of the society through higher education activities as Tridharma which are innovative, qualified and perceptive to local and global challenge.
