8 Definisi E-Commerce E-Commerce merupakan suatu aplikasi dan proses bisnis yang menghubungkan perusahaan, konsumen dan komunitas tertentu melalui transaksi elektronik dan perdagangan barang, pelayanan dan informasi yang dilakukan secara elektronik.
