To reproduce the other shapes on this slide (arched shadows), do the following: Select the rectangle. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Size group, enter .50” into the Height box and 3.9” into the Width box. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click Shapes, and then under Basic Shapes click Oval. On the slide, drag to draw an oval. Select the oval. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Size group, enter 2” into the Height box and 6.83” into the Width box. Position the oval so that it overlaps the bottom edge of the rectangle. PENDAHULUAN Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri Memberikan Tambahan Penghasilan kepada Pegawai PNS yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Bupati Kediri Nomor 1 Tahun 2015. Pengukuran besaran tambahan tersebut berdasar 3 aspek yaitu Jabatan, Nilai Prestasi Kerja PNS tahun sebelumnya dan Kehadiran Pegawai. Berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Kediri Nomor 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Tambahan Perbaikan Penghasilan bagi PNS di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri terdapat perubahan perhitungan, pengukuran dan besaran tambahan penghasilan pegawai. Pengukuran besaran tambahan tersebut berdasarkan kehadiran pegawai yang terekam dalam aplikasi Siabjo dan perolehan kinerja yang tercatat dalam aplikasi E-Kinerja.

JAM KERJA PEGAWAI Sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Kediri Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penerapan Hari Kerja, Jam Kerja dan Apel Kerja bagi Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kediri diatur sebagai berikut : Pegawai dalam Satuan Kerja Induk : Hari Senin – Kamis memiliki total jam kerja 8 jam 15 menit yaitu pukul 07.15 – 15.30 Hari Jumat memiliki total jam kerja 4 jam 30 menit yaitu pukul 07.00 – 11.30 Sehingga jam kerja pegawai dalam 1 bulan ±150 jam (9000 menit) Pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas dan UPTD Pendidikan: Hari Senin – Kamis memiliki total jam kerja 7 jam 15 menit yaitu pukul 07.15 – 14.30 Hari Sabtu memiliki total jam kerja 5 jam yaitu pukul 07.00 – 12.00 Sehingga jam kerja pegawai dalam 1 bulan ±154 jam (9240 menit)
PEREKAMAN KEHADIRAN Sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku seluruh pegawai diwajibkan melakukan perekaman kehadiran saat masuk dan pulang. Jika ada pegawai yang terlambat masuk atau pulang lebih awal, dapat dibuatkan dispensasi kekurangan jam kerja selama hal tersebut dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dispensasi dibuat oleh masing-masing pegawai, ditandatangani oleh pegawai tersebut, atasan langsung pegawai dan atasan dari atasan langsung. Keterlambatan maupun ketidakhadiran pegawai yang tidak mendapatkan dispensasi akan diakumulasi dan jika hasil akumulasi tersebut sampai pada batas yang ditentukan maka pegawai tersebut dapat dijatuhi hukuman disiplin

Aplikasi yang membantu memonitor dan mengukur kinerja pegawai. APAKAH E-KINERJA ITU? Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mencatat kegiatan seluruh pegawai saat menjalankan tugas / bekerja. Aplikasi yang membantu memonitor dan mengukur kinerja pegawai.
KINERJA PEGAWAI Sesuai dengan Surat Sekretaris Daerah Nomor 061/2487/418.33/2016 Tanggal 5 Oktober 2016 tentang Pelaksanaan E-Kinerja di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri bahwa seluruh pegawai diwajibkan mencatat kinerjanya pada aplikasi E-Kinerja Kinerja yang dientry dalam aplikasi adalah kinerja yang menunjang kegiatan OPD atau kegiatan yang diperintahkan oleh atasan langsung. Target kinerja adalah jumlah menit yang harus dicapai oleh pegawai dalam menghasilkan kinerja setiap hari. Kinerja dicatat setiap hari, dan akan dibatasi entrinya dalam aplikasi pada hari Selasa minggu berikutnya.
HASIL KINERJA PEGAWAI Setiap bulan, pegawai harus mencetak hasil kinerjanya dan ditandatangani oleh pegawai tersebut, atasan langsung dan atasan dari atasan langsung pegawai Perolehan kinerja menjadi aspek perhitungan dalam perolehan tambahan penghasilan pegawai Setiap pegawai berkewajiban untuk memonitor kinerjanya masing-masing, kinerja yang diakui oleh sistem adalah kinerja yang telah disetujui.
MONITORING KINERJA Setiap kinerja pegawai harus disetujui oleh atasan Atasan berhak menolak kinerja pegawai jika kinerja pegawai tersebut tidak sesuai dengan perintah atau tidak menunjang kegiatan OPD. Perolehan Kinerja pada setiap OPD dicetak dan ditandatangani Kepala OPD untuk dijadikan acuan dalam perolehan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai.
SISTEM APLIKASI TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN SITAMSIL
PROSEDUR APLIKASI Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menghitung dan mengolah besaran perolehan tambahan penghasilan pegawai Aplikasi hanya dapat diakses oleh admin Sitamsil yang telah ditunjuk oleh OPD masing-masing Setiap awal bulan, admin Sitamsil harus mengolah data perolehan tambahan penghasilan pegawai, dan dibatasi pada tanggal 10 setiap bulannya.
