2 Apa itu Hubungan Karyawan?

3 Employee relations is a study of the rules, regulations and agreements by which employees are managed both as individuals and as a collective group, the priority given to the individual as opposed to the collective relationship varying from company to company depending upon the values of management. As such it is concerned with how to gain people’s commitment to the achievement of an organization’s business goals and objectives in a number of different situations... (Gennard & Judge cited in Leat, 2007, p. 6)

5  Tujuan akhir dari hubungan karyawan adalah untuk MEMBENTUK dan MENJAGA hubungan yang MENGUNTUNGKAN bagi KEDUA BELAH PIHAK (antara perusahaan/organisasi dengan karyawan-karyawannya, yang menentukan KESUKSESAN perusahaan/organisasi tersebut (Broom, 2009, p.233)

6  Kenapa Hubungan Karyawan itu penting? Karyawan adalah aset utama perusahaan Karyawan adalah pilar pertama citra dan kinerja perusahaan

8 Hak  Gaji yang sesuai dengan standar hidup atau UMR  Perlindungan keselamatan kerja dan asuransi kesehatan  wajib ditunjukkan dengan gamblang oleh PR  Tunjangan keluarga dan tunjangan-tunjangan lainnya  Mendapatkan dukungan dari organisasi buruh Kewajiban  Bekerja sesuai standar, platform, atau target perusahaan  Mendukung visi dan misi perusahaan  Mengikuti ketentuan organisasi dan/atau ketentuan pemerintah yang memengaruhi organisasi terkait persoalan lingkungan, jam kerja, dll

14 Perlindungan Buruh  Regulation of the hours of work including the establishment of a maximum working day and week;  Regulation of labour supply, prevention of unemployment and provision of an adequate living wage;  Protection of the worker against sickness, disease and injury arising out of his employment;  Protection of children, young persons and women;  Provision for old age and injury, protection of the interests of workers when employed in countries other than their own;  Recognition of the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value;  Recognition of the principle of freedom of association;  Organization of vocational and technical education, and other measures.
